Nationwide Shipping

We also offer shipping across the U.S. excluding Hawaii & Alaska.

Shipping Fee:

• $20 flat rate ground (minimum $25 pre-tax order required)
• Expedited shipping (eg: Next Day) options may be available for additional fee 
  
  

Shipping Terms & Liability

• All orders are deemed consummated in New York, regardless of the shipping destination.
• Title to all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase.
• By requesting shipping, you authorize Vino to arrange delivery through a common carrier on your behalf.
• Vino is not responsible for delays or damage caused by extreme weather conditions during shipment.
• Orders are shipped as soon as possible, unless otherwise specified.

Carrier Responsibility & Returns

• Once your order is picked up by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer.
• Vino is not liable for mishandling, delays, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
• If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, all return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
• In the unlikely event of damage in transit, the buyer assumes responsibility, as carriers do not reimburse for alcohol shipments.
